Plan Type:

this field is used to record a name, or title for the specific plan. Information
entered into this field will appear when scrolling through available plans;
therefore, you may wish to record some basic information about what the
plan includes (i.e. 25 hr/month etc.) in addition to the plan name.

Annual Rate:

this field is used to record the plan's annual rate (in dollars and cents)if applicable.

Rate 1:

this field is used to record the overtime rate that applies to the plan from
midnight until the time listed in the Time A field.

Time A:

this field is used to record the time (on the 24hr clock) that the overtime rate listed
in the Rate 1 field is in effect until. For example if the overtime rate in Rate 1 is in
effect until 6 p.m., Time A would be 18.

Bonus Mins (A):

this field is used to record the number of free bonus minutes that are available from
midnight until Time A.

Rate 2:

this field is used to record overtime Rate 2-- the overtime rate which is in effect from
Time A until Time B.

Time B:

this field is used to record the time (on the 24hr clock) that the overtime Rate 2 is in effect until.

Bonus Mins. (B):

this field is used to record the number of free minutes that are available from
Time A until Time B.

Rate 3:

this field is used to record overtime Rate 3-the overtime rate which is in effect from
Time B until midnight.

Bonus Mins. (C):

this field is used to record the number of free minutes that are available from
Time B until midnight.

Daily Plan:

this field is used to indicate whether access is based on daily or monthly usage.
If the plan is based on daily usage, enter a Y at the prompt.

Free Time:

this field is used to record the total free minutes per day or total free hours per
month that are included in the plan.

Sign Up Bonus:

this field is used to record any bonus hours that were applied as a sign up incentive.

Daily Bonus?:

this field is used to indicate whether the plan includes a specific number of daily bonus hours.

Max. Bankable Minutes:

this field is used to record the maximum number of minutes a month that are bankable for
the particular plan.

Product Code:

this field is used to record the product code^* that corresponds to the plan (product codes
are setup under Product Code Maintenance in the main menu)
