The following three plan examples will assist you when it comes time to enter your own plans into the system.

Example 1: Plan J

The overtime rate will be a flat $2.00 per hour regardless of time of day. This plan will be non-bankable and will not include a sign-up bonus. It will have a product code of 1.

To create a plan with the above specifications, the following data would have to be entered into the fields in the entry screen:

Plan J is unique in that the overtime rate is a flat $2.00 per hour regardless of time of day. To illustrate this the user must tell the system that overtime Rate 1 is in effect from midnight until midnight, and hence enter a 24 in Time A accordingly.

You should also have noted that the maximum bankable minutes for Plan J is zero, as the plan is classified as being non-bankable.

Example 2: Plan K
