Support for the system is extremely important. To handle this it is mandatory that a separate phone line be installed for the computer system. Once this line is installed it allows the staff of Arctic Data to phone the computer system and perform any necessary support.
Updates to the software come from the suggestions of out client base. Typically we release enhancements to the system every six months to a year.
Training is handled either on-site or at Arctic Datas training facilities in Kelowna. The amount of training that is required is based upon discussion with your staff and Arctic Data. Once a training program has been designed, Arctic Data will outline the expected costs.
A number of our clients have already installed a practice management system however, they have decided that the present system doesnt satisfy their needs anymore. For this reason Arctic Data has done a number of conversion from other system. This has help to speed up the implementation of the system so you can start getting the benefits of the system immediately.
